Delivery Policy
International Order:
For Mainland Europe orders typically take 2-7 working days.
European Shipping applies to the following countries (2 -7 day service)
Zone 1 – 8.5€ or FREE on orders over 75€
Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland .
Zone 2 – 12€ or FREE on orders over 100€
France, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Austria, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovakia and Slovenia.
* Please note all orders going to France will be delivered to a collection point. The courier will always try to get it as close to your address as possible.
Zone 3 – 24€ or FREE on order over 120€
Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Sweden and Switzerland.
We also use a courier service for the majority of International orders. For mainland Europe orders typically take 2-7 days. Further delays can occur at the customs and Import Offices of the destination country – unfortunately this is beyond our control.
Our Policy
Our delivery service is tracked but does no require a signature upon delivery, our courier will leave notice if the attempted delivery is unsuccessful. Normal delivery hours are between 08:00hrs and 18:00hrs. If our courier is unsuccessful with the delivery the parcel will be returned to our international distribution hub. Upon receipt of the returned parcel OTE will notify you and make alternative arrangements for the re-delivery.
It is in the customers best interests (not mandatory) to provide a current email address and mobile phone number in order for our courier to contact you if necessary.
